2. If you finish the order payment, your order will process within 24 hours. Tracking number will be provided after that.

3. Shipping fees depends on the weight of your items. We charge very low shipping fees for our customers to save your money.

4. We offer Shipping Insurance to protect your package against any lost or damaged shipments. Any missing issues reported, we will help to resolve your problems immediately.

Your order will be suspended. Without your reply within 1 month, the order will be cancelled and refunded.


What are the available shipping methods?

Air Post: 25~60 business days (Not recommended, long time and easy to lose.)

ePacket: 8~25 business days

Special Line: 7~20 business days (Europe DDP, no tariffs)

EMS/eEMS: 5~15 business days

DHL: 3~10 business days


How are Tax and Customs duties handled?

Customers do not have to pay any sales tax or export duties when they purchase from ZiiCube.com.

Statistically, well less than 1% percentage of all orders have ever got opened by the Customs in customers' countries. If the package is checked by their country's customs office when the item arrives in their country, however, customers are responsible for import duties, tariffs, and taxes.

Although the chance of packages being Customs assessed is small, we strongly encourages all customers to check with their local Customs office for any potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs. We are not responsible for products being confiscated by the Customs in customers' countries.


Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

You can cancel your order before the order status changes to Shipped.

If you change address, you must send an email to: [email protected] with title "Change Address".
